We are a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples’ Republic of China with the Company Number 2254159.    This website provides you with information about the services providers available in Hong Kong or somewhere overseas (e.g. accountants, auditors, web designers, programmers etc.)(the “Services Providers”). If you are interested in engaging a service provider on this website, you can submit to us a JOB REQUEST and the service relevant provider(s) will give you a quotation specific to your requirements.

   When you visit our website we will record your visit as a “hit”. The webserver makes a record of your visit that includes your IP addresses (and domain names), the types and configurations of browsers, language settings, geo-locations, operating systems, previous sites visited, and time/durations and the pages visited (“Visitor Data”). 6. Referral Fee
   1. You acknowledge, agree, understand and permit that the Service Provider(s) shall pay this website and 2 Easy Limited being the referral fee in accordance with contract(s) entered into by 2 Easy Limited and such Service Provider(s) after your engagement(s) with such Service Provider(s). This clause constitutes an effective permission for the purpose of sections 9(4) and 9(5) in the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201).
   2. 2.You acknowledge, agree, understand that the payment(s) made by the Service Provider(s) to this website or 2 Easy Limited are not an offer, solicitation or acceptance of an advantage in violation to the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201).
7. Registration and User Account
   1. If you wish to use our services provided herein, you must REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT with this website by completing and submitting an ACCOUNT REGISTRATION FORM. Upon your application, you create your own user ID and password and upon successful application, we shall notify you such by an email confirmation.
   2. If you have an individual account with us, please ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential and the password is changed from time to time. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access our website. You must notify us by EMAIL, info@2easy.com.hk to us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use or disclosure in whatever manner of your account. You must not use any other person's account to access this website unless you have that person's express permission to do so, subject to proof when so demanded by us.

18. Third Party Rights
    The agreement between you and 2 Easy Limited with the terms and condition herein is for the sole benefit of you and 2 Easy Limited; and in no event shall any third party benefits or obligations be created thereby, nor such agreement be enforceable by any third party.
19. Force Majeure
    Neither party is responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under the agreement between you and 2 Easy Limited, if it is prevented or delayed in performing those obligations by an event of force majeure. An event of force majeure means an event or circumstance which is beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the contractual party affected and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence the contractual party affected was unable to prevent. Force majeure shall include riot, war, invasion, terrorism, strike, earthquake, flood, fire or other physical natural disaster, etc.
20. Severability
    If at any time any term or condition of this website is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of this website shall not be affected or impaired and shall continue in effect.
21. Entire Agreement
    The agreement between you and 2 Easy Limited with the terms and condition herein constitutes the entire agreement between the you and 2 Easy Limited in relation to your use of this website and shall supersede all previous agreements (if any) between you and 2 Easy Limited in relation to your use of our this website.
22. Resolution of Dispute and Arbitration
    1. In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim (“Dispute”) arising out of or relating to this agreement between you and 2 Easy Limited with the terms and condition herein, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof, both you and 2 Easy Limited shall attempt to resolve such Dispute in good faith through friendly consultation.
    2. If the Dispute is not resolved through friendly consultation within [thirty (30)] business days following the date on which either of us has served notice on the other party for the commencement of such discussions, then such Dispute shall be referred to and finally be resolved by arbitration by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. There shall be one (1) arbitrator who shall be appointed by the HKIAC. The language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both Parties. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This agreement between you and 2 Easy Limited with the terms and condition herein shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each of us hereby agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
24. PRIVACY POLICY
    1. We respect your privacy. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information we hold by complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, Cap 486 with respect to the management of personal information. We are equally committed to ensuring that all our employees and agents uphold these obligations.
