What challenges were you trying to get Happihood Design to solve?

We hired another agency before Happihood. However, they were nowhere close to our requirements despite we made a thousand times of revisions. I literally went to their office and watched closely at their work, but it still didn't work out. Then we met Angela from Happihood. We gave up the 50% deposit that we paid the agency earlier and hired Angela's firm. I am still happy with my decision because Angela was much better and able to deliver. She is patient and creative in bringing up new ideas. She changed all the design of the brochure that was done by the previous firm. She met our expectations and we are satisfied with it.

Solution

Please describe the solution that Happihood Design provides in detail?

We made revisions to the design, such as font, typesetting. After a draft version is ready, we provided images. Then we went through the images and chose the suitable ones together. They also supervised the whole production and controlled the quality of the final printouts. They can handle the entire project on their own. I am happy with the result.

We know her through a friend referral.

What is the status of this engagement now? For how long?

Completed. Started from 2014 Dec - 2015 Feb. It was a two months project.

Could you share the results from this service?

We are a high-end brand. We need an exquisite design that fits our brand. Angela is able to meet our expectation. For example, she selected the right type of paper for our brochure, then matched with the images that are good for printouts. Never forget to mention the simple but rich captions they wrote in our brochure.

What distinguishes Happihood Design from other providers?

Angela is very different and I have to say she is far better than other agencies. She is patient, responsible and goes into details. Her design is entirely different from the ordinary artwork you found. Her design is elegant and delicate. Her services and designs quality is far beyond our expectation. She is very patient although we made many changes on the design.

No.

Star Chefs Creation is a specialty store offering exceptional and prestigious ingredients, particularly meeting the high-end restaurants and celebrity chefs

• Offering abalone, French wine and foie gras, etc. There are also mini dessert cups and cheesecake made by the hotel chef.

• A huge variety of abalone from Taiwan, South Korea, Mexico, Japan, South Africa, Australia; as well as abalone of different brands, Chua Lam, the new fun restaurant, Singapore Chaozhou Fat Kee Restaurant, master, Li Ju private kitchens.

What challenges were you trying to get Happihood Design to solve?

We launch various product packaging from time to time to test market feedback. We are passionate to find out the best packaging that attracts attention and drives sales. In fact, we work with a few designers at the same time. They bring us different designs, Happihood is also able to deliver something unique.

Please describe the solution that Happihood Design provides in detail?

Happihood helped us design 30 to 50 food packaging, most of them are packaging boxes with Korean theme. Although we made many revises, she was able to deliver the work flawlessly.

What is the status of this engagement now? For how long?

Still ongoing. The first project started in February 2016 until August 2016. We hired them again in recent months for a new project.

Could you share the results from this service?

I think she is doing very well in our product packaging. We received many positive feedbacks from our retail customers. We see their artworks bring positive impression and attention to our products. We introduced Happihood to our friends.
